At FEREN by farheen, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• We accept returns only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or wrong product claims.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if the correct product has been delivered in good condition.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
