Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of jewellery products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Refund Process

Once the issue has been verified and approved, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Discounted or sale items (unless received damaged)

Product Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or stone appearance caused by photography, lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted processes are not considered defects.
